Account history syncing
As we continue transferring account history into the new system, you may not immediately see previous balances or credits, such as prepayments, reflected on your account. Our team is actively working behind the scenes to collect and verify information from previous management, and this process is expected to continue through February.
Throughout this transition, no late fees will be assessed. Residents may choose to wait to submit payment until their full, updated balance is visible.
