Access Cards, Liability Waiver, & Forms
All residents and guests are required to complete the appropriate waiver forms prior to using the Cove and other community facilities within the St. Vrain Lakes community.
Please begin here to review and submit the required waivers before accessing these amenities. Completing the waiver forms helps promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. Each home within the community is issued two access cards. Additional cards, as well as replacements for lost cards, are available for purchase at the Cove.

Additional forms may be required based on your situation:
- If you have a minor, please complete the Minor Release Form.
- If you have a renter residing in your home, please complete the Assignment of Recreation Rights Form.
- If you do not own or rent a property within the community, you may purchase access to the facilities by completing both the Outside User Form and the Waiver Form.
User Age and Use Restrictions – Swimming Pool
To ensure the safety of all users, the following age and supervision requirements apply to the community swimming pool:
- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult age 18 or older, as listed on the User Information Form.
- Youth ages 13–17 may use the pool without adult supervision if a current, signed Minor Release Form is on file.
- Children age 12 and under may be accompanied by a supervising minor age 16 or older, provided the parent or legal guardian has authorized this arrangement on the Minor Release Form.

- Individuals age 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult age 18 or older, as listed on the User Information Form.
- Youth ages 13–17 may access The Cove without adult supervision if a current, signed Minor Release Form is on file.
- Children age 12 and under may be accompanied by a supervising minor age 16 or older, provided authorization is documented by the parent or legal guardian on the Minor Release Form.
