The new access system is live!
The new amenity access system was successfully installed on May 5 and is now fully functional as of May 6. Thank you to everyone for your patience and flexibility throughout the transition.
As more residents continue getting set up, here are a few important reminders to help ensure smooth access to the amenities.
Fitness Center access
To access the Fitness Center, you must be enrolled in the 2026 Resident Cove Access – Fitness Center & Pool membership in RecDesk. This membership is what connects your account to Kisi and is required for mobile access.
What’s coming up most often
As a reminder, every user must have a unique email address in the system. If someone in your household does not have their own email, you can create a unique version of a primary email by adding “+1” before the @ symbol. For example:
jsmith@email.com
jsmith+1@email.com
Both emails will route to the same inbox while being recognized as separate users in the system.
Pool access reminder
Not a regular Fitness Center user? You’ll still want to get set up. Fitness Center and pool access are connected through the same system.
Before pool season begins, please make sure you and all household members:
Have created a RecDesk account
Are enrolled in the appropriate memberships
Have completed required waivers
Have downloaded the KISI app and activated access
Getting set up now will help ensure a smooth start to pool season.
