Preparing the pool
As we look ahead to another pool season at The Cove, we wanted to share a brief update on the work completed, what’s currently in progress, and our anticipated opening timeline.
Last season, the District Board and its partners observed some settling in the pool deck and surface areas. To better understand and address this, Kumar & Associates conducted a geotechnical inspection in October. This proactive step helped guide the repairs and improvements completed this year.
The final step in this process is re-plastering the pool. This work is weather-dependent to ensure proper curing and longevity.

All drains have been reset
Pool cracks have been professionally sealed
New pool lighting has been installed
When can we dive in
At this time, we remain on track for a Memorial Day weekend opening.
