Annual waiver renewal

Annual waivers are required for the 2026 calendar year. To maintain access to community amenities, please complete the updated waiver available on the district website.

Once your waiver is received, our team will take care of reactivating your access cards — no additional steps needed.

The design review process has been updated and is now fully online. Applications are submitted using a fillable form, making it easier to apply, track progress, and keep everything in one place.
