New fitness center additions

We’re excited to share that the Fitness Center at The Cove has two new additions to enhance your wellness experience. Both pieces of equipment are ready for use during your next visit.

A new recumbent bike is now available for low-impact cardio, perfect for building endurance and staying active comfortably.
Additionally, a new bench has been installed, providing more options for strength training and circuit workouts.

Keep the lake paths beautiful

As more residents enjoy time around the lakes and along the walking paths, we’d like to share a quick reminder about trash disposal. Recently, large items — including full trash bags — have been left next to the trash cans along the lake path.

If items do not fit inside the provided trash cans, please take larger bags or debris home for disposal.

Trash left outside the cans can attract wildlife, create unpleasant odors, and impact the overall beauty of the lake areas that so many residents enjoy.

Capturing Barefoot’s story

Each month, we'll invite you to help tell the story of our community. This month’s theme is Community in Motion. We’re looking for photos of you walking, connecting, enjoying the outdoors, or capturing everyday moments on our trails and green spaces.

Send your photo to us by March 31 and you could be featured in an upcoming edition of the Barefoot Beat, marketing materials, or social media.
