As more residents enjoy the outdoors, a friendly reminder to help keep Barefoot’s trail system safe, accessible, and well cared for. Please follow the District’s Trails Use Policy when using all trails and pathways.
Trail reminders
Keep trails open and accessible for all users
Follow posted rules and avoid blocking or damaging access
Clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly
Do not dump, remove, or damage natural or District property
Protecting native grass areas
Native landscaping is still establishing and plays an important role in our community’s long-term health. Please stay off native grass areas and remain on designated trails to help these spaces grow and thrive.
E-bikes & e-scooters
For everyone’s safety, please remember:
Class 1 and 2 e-bikes and e-scooters are allowed on designated multi-use paths
Class 3 e-bikes are restricted unless otherwise posted
Riders must stay on designated paths at all times
Native and landscaped areas are not riding zones
Riders under 18 must follow applicable helmet and age requirements
