The Metropolitan District has received complaints that residents are disturbing the natural area in the community. 

The following items may not be done by the residents within the natural areas of the community:

• Having contractors access your property through the native area without permission.
• Mowing
• Dumping dirt, potting soil, and any other yard debris along the fence line.
• Installation of pavers/stones on District property
• Sump Pump and gutter downspouts draining onto District property

 This is a friendly reminder that disturbing and dumping in native areas on District property could result in fines to repair areas disturbed.
