We’re introducing updated communication flows to ensure your concerns are addressed quickly and by the right team, helping to streamline responses, improve service, and get your requests to the right people from the start.
Common Area Landscaping Concerns – Please direct these to St. Vrain Lakes Metropolitan District
- We are committed to improving communication with residents and addressing concerns promptly. Our team inspects the community twice a week and works with contractors to resolve most issues within 3–5 days, or sooner for emergencies. If you notice a concern outside of these inspections or one that hasn’t been addressed, please report it using the provided contact methods. QR codes have now been posted throughout the community to make reporting issues even easier—your feedback is important and always appreciated.
Architectural Design Reviews – Please direct these to The Management Trust
- For matters such as home landscape changes, exterior home modifications, reporting a covenant enforcement issue, questions about a letter you received, matters related to The Cove amenities, or account inquiries, please direct these to The Management Trust.
