Dear Homeowners,

The District Board, PCGI, and The Management Trust would like to thank the community for another successful pool season at the Cove. The pool continues to be one of the community’s most valued amenities, serving more than 1000 homes.

During the season, we observed some settling in the pool deck and surface areas of the pool. To ensure the pool and surrounding deck remain an attractive and well-maintained asset for the community, we have engaged Kumar & Associates to conduct a geotechnical inspection.

This inspection will involve drilling a series of small-bore holes in and around the pool deck. To allow access for the drill rig, a few sections of fencing will be temporarily removed. The work is expected to take place on October 7th and 8th, weather permitting, and will be completed during normal business hours. We anticipate little to no disruption to activities at the Cove while this work is underway.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any minor inconvenience this project may cause. Please note that the pickleball and basketball courts will remain open throughout this process.
