Dear Residents,

The St. Vrain Lakes Metro District has completed an assessment of the community and identified 139 dead trees located on District property. We want to provide you with an update on the replacement plan:

• This Fall: Tree replacements will occur in Filings 2, 3, 4, and 4.1 (District property).
• Spring 2026: Tree replacements will take place in Filings 1 and 5 (District property).

Please note that the dead trees will remain in place until replacements are completed. To help with identification, the trees scheduled for replacement will be tagged with pink markers.
